What is SEO and how does it work?

Free Web Traffic?

#what is seo

Free traffic from the web is one of the Internet Marketing Holy Grails. Amazing

Something about free traffic is not a real "secret": it is usually a simple crime

focusing on a few key tasks and developing a process or action plan such as

straight forward as far as possible.

The good news is that this means that anyone who applies can be able to produce a

a tsunami of traffic to their chosen website or blog. The strategies I will explain in this regard

report does not require degrees in Astrophysics, just a willingness to apply to

the work in hand and the commitment to follow it.

Search Engine Optimization

Before we go into Search Engine Optimization as a topic you may have heard

a word before but it is not fully understood what it means. Search Engine Optimization

(often abbreviated to SEO) is a process that a webmaster develops

the layout and content of the web page provided to make it appear more relevant to a

given the search name. The goal is to list at the top (or at least the first page) of a

Search Engine Results Page (also known as SERPs).

The important point to highlight here is the “web page” and not the website. Although a few sites do exist

are considered "Authorized Sites" by Google and have a number of pages listed above

search results page, many search requests return individual lists

pages.

This is very important as it allows you to create a new page directly in each search

the target name (see below). Usually your powerful web client will come in

search engine name and scan results for what they are looking for.

If they can't find what they are looking for they can browse to page 2 or 3 for a search

engine effects but is less likely to continue. It is very possible that

they will try to improve their search by adding modified or, in some cases, a

a completely different search term.

Think back to the last time you wanted something but did not know it directly

search term to enter ... what process did you follow to find what you were looking for?

Market Research

The first step in an effective SEO campaign is not bad, and some can do it

means boring, Market Research work. The idea here is simple. You need to know what it is

The words or phrases your target audience writes in the search engine query box

that you can take measures to measure well in that particular clause or keyword.

With billions of web pages on the Internet (a growing number every day) average

the searcher should rely heavily on Search Engine to help us find what we are

looking for.

While Google receives a large amount of search requests it is a mistake to ignore them

other search engines. And when I say search engine you might be surprised to find out what it is

sites the name includes. At the end of 20013 YouTube.com was ranked second in size

(and most popular) online search engine (# 1 was a YouTube parent already

Google.com company).

Another interesting fact to note is that while Google is generally popular

searches, numerous studies have shown that traffic from Bing.com (formerly MSN)

translates to consumers very well. So while Google gets more searches it seems like Bing is

used by many local buyers to find things to buy.

Since this report is about “free web traffic” I will explain how you can do it successfully

market research using free resources available from search engines.

On the other hand, another option (and often the fastest) would be to plant one of them

many excellent keyword search tools like Market Samurai (which does a lot

in addition to keyword research) and specialized tools such as Keyword Elite.

But, back to free routes. As you will rely on search engines

bring web visitors to your site it makes sense to start your keyword search using

their tools.

Google's quick search for "Google External Keyword Tool" will bring you, surprisingly,

in Google Keyword Tool. Here you enter your keywords and Google

The Keyword Tool will return a list of related keywords and enter each number of times

Keyword or keyword is used as a monthly search term.

For example, suppose you want to sell bird cages. Using Google Keyword

The tool gets the following results (numbers are search per month):

The term Search Local Global Search

As you can see from the results above, there is a reasonable monthly number

search is compiled a list of sentences related to Bird Cage.

One word of warning, when you finish searching for a keyword using the Google Tool:

please be sure to select "match phrase" or "exact match" as this

will give you the most reliable estimate of the number of completed searches.

The smart way to work is to choose the most targeted phrases. People who use

the expression ‘bird of prey’ may refer to anything related to the subject. People

search for "bird cages for sale" is more likely to be the buyers you are looking for

be attractive on your web page so you should choose these types of sentences as your SEO

keywords.

After completing this step you should now have a list of key and related keywords

and the number of people searching per month using each keyword or phrase.

Competitor Analysis

The next step in your campaign to attract free web visitors is to find out what you have

The contest is for a variety of sentences in your shortlist. This is very easy to do, easily

Download each sentence and post it on Google.com, Bing.com and Yahoo.com.

In each search I will look at the pages of the search engine already mentioned

she is in good condition. I can suggest your goals here ar
